Unconscious Bias

Unconscious – or more recently called “Implicit” – Bias has become an urgent topic in recent times. The implicit ways in which we are biased towards other people were formed and deeply embedded as we developed. They are so deeply ingrained in our judgement and decision making processes that we don’t even know that they exist. And yet, the way in which these beliefs play out in our daily lives is that we discriminate against others in some shape or form.

At this stage, this course can only be accessed by invitation as it is connected to a workshop on Unconscious Bias. To find out more, please do get in touch. Click HERE to visit the event page.
